Parish and Ministry Events

Zachery Hazard is a Catholic educator and speaker who helps parish men’s groups and Catholic high school communities connect faith to the concrete realities of daily life. Drawing from more than a decade in education and family life, his talks invite honest reflection on conscience, vocation, responsibility, and leadership.

Rooted in lived experience and grounded in Catholic teaching, Zach’s formation approach moves beyond inspiration toward practical habits that shape who we are becoming. His upcoming formation guide, Hazardous Travels, reflects the same steady, reflective style that shapes his speaking work.

     Why My Approach Works

My approach works because it begins with lived experience and story, allowing formation to emerge in a way that feels real, personal, and accessible to ordinary people.

I speak as an educator, husband, father, and Catholic who has wrestled with fear, loss, vocation, and purpose, and with God’s quiet presence in both joyful and difficult seasons, offering testimony rather than abstract theory so listeners can recognize God in their own routines, family life, and the challenges they face.

Communities today do not simply need more information; they need accompaniment, and my talks weave narrative with reflection so audiences feel both comforted and challenged, leaving with renewed hope, clarity, and purpose.
